During that time, you may open as many support/work tickets as you wish. Those requests will be billed against the level of retainer time you have invested in. Please note that the hours of the retainer expire monthly and do not roll over. These plans typically last 3-6 months though many clients find the value in having CWP available as a partner for ongoing work. Once we are up to speed on your site and it's intricacies, and if you feel you no longer need CWP for that level of support, we can then move you to a standard Care Plan if you would like.
